The CheetahŌ  “SchoolLynx” telephone message IVR system for Schools is a powerful communication tool that can greatly reduce the workload of administrators and their staff while improving communication with parents and students.  Messages and information can be immediately sent to a specified group of students' homes, or the entire school including all faculty and staff members. These messages keep them informed of important school announcements such as school cancellations or delays, test date reminders, emergency notification, upcoming scheduled events, and invitations to meetings.  Cheetah can also notify parents when report cards are coming home, take opinion polls and collect immediate responses, and generally keeps parents updated on what is going on at their child’s school. 

 

 

Teachers and administrators quickly and easily record multiple messages into Cheetah using Microsoft’s standard recording program and then with a click, instruct Cheetah to begin immediate calling or wait to make calls based on a calling schedule by time of day and starting date.  Cheetah then calls your selected telephone number list and delivers your voice messages to a live person or to an answering machine. Cheetah can ask the called party to give touchtone responses to questions and then branch to other pre-recorded messages if desired. Busies and no answers can be recalled a second or third time to deliver your message. You get immediate on-screen, real-time feedback on calling campaigns and comprehensive reports showing contacts, message plays, call duration and line conditions. Complete Law compliance and call parameter safeguards are standard on all Cheetah systems.
